Pacific’s team of professionals was responsible for overall management of investigation, remediation and closure tasks including client, regulatory and stakeholder liaison; regulatory compliance review and preparation of an application to obtain a Certificate of Compliance from BC Ministry of Environment. The project was completed on schedule and on budget.

BACKGROUND:

The property was a former service station facility. The contamination at the site was complex as it had migrated off-site beneath an adjoining road right of way. Investigations, remediation and reporting were completed in accordance with the BC Ministry of Environment requirements.
