IAQ Audit

CLIENT SECTOR:	Large Commercial Employer
PROBLEM:	Office workers were reporting various health symptoms and odours they suspected to be associated with the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in their office.
ASSESSMENT:	A walkthrough survey was conducted of the office and included an inspection of the ventilation system and outdoor air intake. A combination of spot and long term monitoring for temperature, relative humidity, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide was completed.
OUTCOME:	High carbon dioxide was identified in the workplace, including a need for increased fresh air.
