| 1. | Where exactly are you located? |
| A: | We are located in Burnaby at 4595 Canada Way (Unit 112) Exit Willingdon (from Hwy 1 ). Stay in the left lane and turn left onto Canada Way. Continue on Canada Way and turn left at the 1st set of lights onto Beta Avenue. Take the first right, then right onto the upper parking lot. There is free 15-min parking at the east end of the lot just in-front of the building. |

| 2. | Do you do removal, as well as testing? |
| A: | Total Safety EHS has worked along side all of BC's major remediation contractors, and we would be happy to guide you to a qualified contractor that suits your particular project, is close by and will fit your schedule. |

| 3. | Are you linked with WorkSafe? |
| A: | Total Safety EHS is a private company that provides services (such as testing, surveys or consulting) that help our clients to comply with the regulations enforced by WorkSafe to keep workers and the general public safe. Further, with more than 20 years of experience, we are able to provide scientific grounding for guidelines not specifically outlined in WorkSafe BC regulations but that still pose health concerns, such as what is considered a dangerous level of pesticide/fertilizer residue in former grow-ops. |
